1. Acceptance
By visiting, signing in to, accessing, purchasing from, or using Noler.com or any service offered through Noler.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. What We Provide
Noler.com provides account-based digital services, software features, hosted tools, content, subscriptions, payments, public websites, and related support. Specific features, pricing, usage limits, and availability may differ by service, device, territory, or account status.
4. Accounts
- You may need an account to use some services.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for fraud, abuse, legal risk, or breach of these terms.
5. Payments, Billing, and Digital Services
Some Noler.com services are paid digital services. Prices, subscription terms, and checkout details will be shown before you confirm payment. Payment processing may be handled by Noler.com or by third-party payment, platform, or marketplace providers.
- You must use a valid and authorized payment method.
- Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled under the applicable billing flow.
- Taxes, currency conversion, marketplace fees, or payment provider rules may apply.
- We may update prices or product packaging prospectively.
6. Delivery, Access, and Refunds
Our services are primarily delivered digitally. Access is usually provided immediately or shortly after successful payment and account verification.
If a digital purchase fails to activate because of a system issue on our side, contact hi@noler.com for support. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes may depend on the payment channel used, the applicable platform rules, and the circumstances of the transaction. We may refuse refunds where access has already been granted, value has already been consumed, abuse is suspected, or a third-party platform controls the refund process.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing purposes;
- interfere with security, authentication, payments, rate limits, or service availability;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected source code, secrets, or private data;
- upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates another party's rights;
- misrepresent your identity or use the service to scam or impersonate others.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, Noler.com, its branding, software, designs, content, and related materials are owned by Family Chat Cloud Pte Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Third-Party Services
Parts of the service may rely on third-party infrastructure, identity providers, app stores, hosting providers, analytics providers, or payment processors. Their systems and rules may affect availability, billing, sign-in, or dispute handling. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
10. Availability and Changes
We may add, remove, suspend, or modify services, pricing, features, policies, or technical requirements at any time. We may also perform maintenance, security upgrades, or account reviews.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noler.com and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility, error-free performance, or suitability for every use case.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Chat Cloud Pte Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Noler.com.
Aggregate liability cap. Without limiting the above, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with Noler.com, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, is strictly limited to the total amount you have actually paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim — for example, if you purchased Premium Lifetime for USD $99.99, your maximum recoverable amount is USD $99.99. If you have not paid us anything in that period, our maximum liability is zero.
What this means in plain English. All Noler.com products and services (for example: Noler Alarm, and any other Noler-branded app, website, or tool we may publish) are provided on a best-effort basis with no warranty of timely, correct, or uninterrupted operation. You agree that you will not seek to recover any losses from us beyond the cap above — including (without limitation) losses from a missed flight, missed meeting, missed medication dose, missed court appearance, missed exam, missed business opportunity, contractual penalties, lost profits, lost wages, or any other consequential damage of any kind, even if those losses are foreseeable and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your alternative. If you are unwilling to accept this cap — for example because you intend to rely on a Noler product for a high-stakes use case (a wake-up where a missed alarm could cost you more than what you paid us, or any other scenario where downtime or incorrect output could cause loss greater than the cap) — you must not use that Noler product and must instead use a suitable independent backup (e.g. a physical alarm clock, a second device, a professional wake-up service, or any other redundant solution appropriate to your use case). By continuing to use Noler.com or any of our products you acknowledge that the cap above is a fundamental part of the bargain and reflects the price you paid (or did not pay) for the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If those laws apply to you, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by your jurisdiction; the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with Noler.com are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Before starting a formal claim, you must first contact hi@noler.com and give us up to 30 days to try to resolve the matter in good faith. If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, the dispute may be brought only before the Small Claims Tribunals of Singapore, to the extent that tribunal has jurisdiction over the claim.
